Cancellation Policy
Refundable period: You can receive a partial refund if you cancel in writing at least 60 days before your scheduled arrival date.
Cancellation fee: All cancellations are subject to a 10% cancellation fee, deducted from your refund.
Non-refundable period: If you cancel within 60 days of your arrival date, you are responsible for the full reservation cost. No refund will be issued.
As a small, high-end villa property, once reserved, your dates are removed from the market. We are unable to offer refunds or date changes within 60 days of arrival for any reason, including illness, injury, or travel disruptions.
Early departures: No refunds will be given for early departures.
Travel insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking to protect against unforeseen events.
